HOCKEY STICKS
Force Hockey Sticks is proud to offer high-quality, high-performance products for the best value. We know that a hockey stick is the result of a complex manufacturing process. The quality of materials is important and several variables can influence the quality. With that in mind, we offer a limited 30-day warranty from the date of purchase to compensate for any premature breakage resulting from a manufacturing defect.
This warranty applies only to the original purchaser. It is a single replacement warranty and does not cover any stick returned by Force Hockey to a customer as replacement under this warranty. This guarantee does not apply to players in professional or semi-professional leagues, or to sticks sold to junior, collegiate or university teams.
The warranty covers manufacturing defects. Force Hockey does not guarantee sticks damaged during play (i.e. hit by another player's stick or skate, hitting the stick against the boards, stick hitting a puck, etc), or following excessive or improper use. The stick should not show signs of modification or burn marks from heat source or exposure to open flame.
If the defective stick is a model that has been discontinued or is unavailable at the time of replacement or for others reasons, Force Hockey reserves the right to replace the stick with a product of its choice. No stick will be replaced if the original purchase invoice cannot be provided.
The customer is responsable for all shipping costs (generally 10$ for all province of Québec).
